Are you registered in PTOConnect?

The CMSW PTO uses PTOConnect software to communicate all things West!

• We send you The Wrangler News, a weekly newsletter about what is happening at the school,
  including a three week calendar.
• The Student Directory information comes from PTOConnect information.
• We register Volunteer information for the school and PTO sponsored events.

If you currently receive The Wrangler News in your email, you’re already registered.
If you aren’t, it only takes a minute to set up your account.

Getting around in PTOConnect

After signing up on PTOConnect, you will receive the Wrangler Newsletter by email. You will
notice your last name in the upper right hand corner. This is your PTOConnect Log-in.
Click on your (last name) to view, edit or register information for the following:

PTOConnect Member

• To view information Click (Family) > Click (Members)
• To make changes Click (Edit) > make changes and Click (Save)

Student Directory

• To view information Click (Family) > Click (Directory)
• If information is accurate Click (Accurate)
• Not accurate, go to “Members” tab, make changes and Click (Save)
• Return to “Directory” tab and Click (Accurate) and (Save)

Volunteer – to register as a CMSW Volunteer

• To register Click (Schools) > Click (Query)
• Click (CMSW Volunteer Profile 2011-2012)
• Check selections from the many volunteer opportunities.
• Click (Save Responses) and selections will go into our Volunteer Database.

Note: If you register as a Volunteer, you will need to complete the CISD Volunteer Background Check.
